The State of New York found a way to lighten the burden on the welfare
system by getting rid of poor people. How? By using smoking as a proxy
for poverty.

We cannot call it a health issue because we have no evidence. Instead
we will call the great outdoors a "healthy environment" and let the
sheep jump to false conclusions on their own. If it comes back on us,
we'll shrug and point out we never made health claims.

The best part is zero enforcement cost. The sheep will handle
enforcement gratis. If it doesn't work, it won't have cost us
anything.

Pretty good, huh?

Something that Liar Tuck just made up.

How come you didn't quote the headline, liar? "Rights vs. responsibility" is what it says.

We'll call it a health issue any time we choose to do so, and there's nothing you can do about it, liar.

That's the same as "Liberal vs. Conservative."

I better quotation would be, "Men lean on political arguments like a
drunk leans on a lampoost: not for illumination, but for support."

People who refuse to use logic try to understand the world through
metaphors like politics, religion, and pseudo-legal concepts like
"rights vs. responsibility."

Your kind should go back to watching the evening news and YouTube.

And then there are tobacco industry asswipes, who understand the world only through the talking points that are fed to them.

Getting rid of the stupid would cause a population decline of 90%.
They would have to replace much of the legislature and state
bureaucracy.

Illogic is more addictive than smoking. If you don't believe me, read
YouTube comments, Yahoo Answers, or anything on Twitter. You don't
even have to read them, just look at site names.

You just might know this. You're addicted to both.

Where does pathological lying fit in? More addictive or less addictive than illogic?

Pathology means "sick logic." It's the same as illogic.

Stupid people are not lacking intelligence, they are addicted to
illogic. Smokers can quit tobacco. I've never heard of an illogical
person quitting his habit.

Wow, only $48,852 to go.

I wonder if her previous lawsuit was ever paid for.
